A replacement reading head for our 150mm / 300mm caliper. This head will also work on our horizontal scales up to 400mm. Please confirm compatibility with your existing equipment using measurements from the back of the reading head module PCB. Shown in the image above.

One option is:-

Using a blunt rounded end rod or small drill bit (Non cutting end), by putting pressure on the position where the holes for the screws are with a slight twisting action you can usually cut through the label and will leave a neat hole in the label, the same principle used to cut holes in gaskets.

The blunt item will need to be slightly larger than the size of the hole.

By doing this the label remains in place with neatly cut holes and screw heads can be accessed through the label allowing you to remove and refit the replacement reading head.
